Our Return & Refund Policy in short
Before returning any item, please either contact Carolinne B Jewelry or complete our withdrawal form.
You can return your product within 14 days of delivery.
Return shipping costs are paid by the customer.
If you would like to exchange your item for another size of the same product or switch to a different product, please contact us and we will assist you.
Returning A Package
The return cost is at the customers expense. If a returned item is shipped international, please clearly mark the package 'RETURNED GOODS', to avoid any Customs charges. Carolinne B jewelry is NOT responsible for any return costs or Customs charges made. Any charges incurred are the responsibility of the customer.
Return Conditions
You can return the product within 14 days of delivery. Make sure to include contact information with the return and if possible, please provide us with a tracking number. Carolinne B jewelry suggests you get a receipt and a package ID for the return from the delivery service, as it makes it easier to follow the return shipment if needed. Items lost in transportation will not be compensated for - we recommend you do not send packages without tracking number.

E-mail us, provide your customer information, and tell us you will send back the product and the size you wish to receive in exchange.

Return the product you have received and send us an e-mail telling us which product you want instead.
Transport Damage
If the product is lost or you, upon receiving, notice that the item has been damaged during transport, you should immediately report this to us.
Unclaimed Packages
For packages that are not cashed at your post office within 14 days, Carolinne B jewelry reserves the right to charge you a handling fee to cover return shipping and freight companies' administrative costs.
Fault
Products are classified as faulty if they are received damaged, or where a fault occurs within 6 months of purchase. This does not include damage from normal use over time. If the faulty product returned is not in stock, you will be reimbursed the full purchase amount. Items lost or damaged in return transit will not be compensated for. Note that for customers outside the EU, VAT and other import expenses are not covered.
